Residents residing in Wayne County including the cities of Wooster, Orrville and Rittman can apply for the fully subsidized program through an application process. It is available to citizens with a total household income at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines.
This program requires all transportation requests be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance with the CAW/M Transportation Coordinator. Call 330-264-8677 Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Participation requires proof of eligibility.
Rides on this fully subsidized program are limited to two transports monthly with a two stop limit.
Once qualified, participants do need to obtain a photo ID at Community Action Wayne/Medina, 905 Pittsburgh Ave. Wooster, OH 44692
