James Fox
With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration, James has worked with a wide range of social service, therapeutic, and governmental organizations in various administrative capacities. He has extensive experience in program development, development, grant writing, continuous quality improvement, staff development, and organizational sustainability. His current role at Community Action focuses heavily on strategic planning directed by ongoing community needs assessments. In the immediate, Community Action Wayne/Medina has identified the need for middle and low-income housing in Wayne and Medina counties. James serves as the chair of the Wayne County Housing Coalition and represents the organization on numerous housing-related committees, including the Medina County Housing Network, Medina County Homelessness Prevention, and Services Workgroup, and the Wayne County Homelessness Taskforce. James earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law from the University of Nevada and a master's degree in Community Counseling from the University.

Board of Directors
Community Action Wayne/Medina's tripartite board of directors is responsible for agency oversight. Comprised of public, private, and low-income representatives, the board is elected to serve and ensure the organization is properly managed and effectively delivering programs to low-income residents in Medina and Wayne Counties.
