You are eligible for Wooster Transportation Assistance if you are any of the following:
- Age 62 or older
- Disabled
- A Veteran or Active Military
- Low income — Total household income at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines
AND if you reside within Wooster City limits.
Required Documentation
You will be asked to provide documentation of your eligible status, proof of identity, and proof of address. This is required prior to program participation.
