The Urgent Health Transportation Program provides low-income individuals/families in Wayne County with transportation to and from medical appointments. Transportation services are available to individuals having local appointments, within Wayne County, and out of town appointments. Services are provided by Miller Cab Company. Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance for local service, 5 days advance for out of town. Funding for this program is provided by the Wayne County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
